Mentally Interrupted Media ABN 39 390 863 605 ("we", "us", "our") is committed to managing personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Policy applies to our iOS apps. All Android apps are currently suspended pending legal action against Google.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities, including user account details (e.g., name, email), device information, and app usage data for iOS apps only. Sensitive information (e.g., health data) is collected only with consent where required. Collection occurs directly from you or automatically via app functionalities.

2. Purposes of Collection, Use and Disclosure

Personal information is used to provide and improve our iOS apps, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. We may disclose information to service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality, but only within Australia unless notified otherwise. Overseas disclosures do not occur currently.

3. Direct Marketing

We do not use personal information for direct marketing without consent. You may opt-out at any time.

4. Data Quality and Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is accurate, complete, and secure from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access, including encryption and access controls.

5. Access and Correction

You may request access to or correction of your personal information. Requests should be directed to our Privacy Officer.

6. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. Escalation to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) is available if unsatisfied.

7. App-Specific Notes

Our iOS apps comply with Apple's App Store guidelines. Android apps are suspended pending legal proceedings against Google and unavailable for download or use.
